Delivery Policy
Welcome to RS Pyro Paradise–Please read our Shipping Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order. We take utmost care to package goods securely to ensure that our customers receive their fireworks in excellent condition.
1. Delivery Coverage
We offer pan-India delivery through reliable third-party lorry parcel transport
services. However, due to state-specific legal regulations regarding fireworks, we
currently do not ship to the following region: Delhi.
2. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: Within a day from the time of confirmed order.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working
day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 7 business days depending on the delivery location.
Delivery timelines may vary due to seasonal demand, transport strikes, or
unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Method & Tracking
All consignments are dispatched via third-party lorry parcel transport services.
Customers will receive the Lorry Receipt (LR Copy) via WhatsApp as shipment
confirmation.
Tracking and delivery status can be checked by tracking the respective Lorry Receipt
LR No & also transport services support team.
5. Packaging & Handling
A packaging and handling fee will not applied for customers. We provide free service
of stacking of fireworks into corrugated boxes, machine strapping and safe handover
at the parcel office in Sivakasi.
6. Legal Compliance
RS Pyro Paradise is a licensed reseller of fireworks and explosive license regulations
(as per Indian Explosives Rules).
By placing an order, customers agree that they are legally eligible to purchase and
use fireworks in their locality.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are determined by the logistics service provider based on the
weight, volume, delivery destination, and seasonal demand.
Due to fluctuating seasonal factors, the exact shipping cost will be confirmed only
after the parcel is booked.
8. Payment Terms
We currently accept only advance payments through online methods such as Bank
Transfer or UPI.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any orders.
9. Damaged or Undelivered Goods
If your package is damaged upon delivery, a clear unboxing video from the start
(before opening) is required to initiate a refund or replacement.
For undelivered goods, a full refund will be processed after verification with the
transport agency.
Note: Claims without an unboxing video may not be entertained
